Market criteria: Narrow market, specific skills, few candidates
Like Harpoon Package, but especially for difficult job profiles in special markets: Amount of Direct Search is twice as high. Best package for Sales Engineers, Specialised Software Sales Rep., Export/ International Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, Business Development Manager etc.

Executive Search Package

Special package for senior profiles and executives
Significantly higher effort for definition of profile and identification of top candidates is needed. Highest amount of Direct Search is required. Project execution is much more complex and will be supervised by a Xenagos Managing Director. Typical package for CEOs, Country Sales Managers, Board Members, Head of Sales, Sales Director etc.
