After my studies of marketing and management and a couple of years in scientific research, at Jobpilot I saw and took part in the radical transition that happened to the recruiting industry with the spread of the Internet.

Being country manager for Germany and in charge of sales I continued to extend the market leadership in tough times. We advised nearly every large company in Germany and help them perform state-of-the-art online recruiting.

At Xenagos we move a step further and combine the Internet with the classical methods of Executive Search with a clear focus on sales – we create a new business model with better results for our clients.

After my degree in business administration I started my career in the consulting industry. At Korn/Ferry International I was actively involved in the development and inception of Korn/Ferry´s online recruiting division “futurestep”. I have been in the Executive Search business for over 10 years – always with a clear focus on sales.
